A current Herolab project demonstrates how targeted development and close collaboration with the customer transform non-standard requirements into a practical centrifuge solution.
Not every laboratory centrifuge begins as a standard product. Some applications require targeted development, custom mechanical or control interfaces, and close collaboration with the customer.
Herolab is currently assembling and testing a custom laboratory centrifuge tailored to defined application requirements. The project illustrates the work that takes place before the final housing and finished system are complete.
In development projects of this type, operating environment, sample format, rotor concept, safety functions, control requirements, and integration boundaries must be defined jointly.
