SmartCen supports the operation and status monitoring of connected centrifuges. Depending on the system configuration, speed, RCF, time, temperature, acceleration, braking, warnings and status information can be displayed and controlled.
The software does not replace the centrifuge safety functions, rotor instructions or local laboratory procedures. Before a project begins, the connected instruments, interfaces, user roles and required functional scope are defined.
