Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on weight, shipping method, and delivery address. All shipments are carefully packaged and insured against transport damage.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or shipping costs may apply.

Shipping Methods and Times (B2B)

We deliver exclusively to commercial addresses . Shipping is carried out via parcel service (standard/express), freight forwarder (truck/pallet), rail, air freight, or sea freight, depending on destination, type of goods, weight, and availability.

• Within Germany: Standard via parcel service or freight forwarder (pallet/bulky goods).

  Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days after receipt of payment or order release

• Within the EU: Usually via truck transport (freight forwarder) or rail; parcel service for standard goods.

  Delivery time: typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination country, transport route, and service provider.

• Outside Europe: (International Shipments)

  • Air freight (standard/express): typically 3–10 business days after shipment release plus customs clearance.

  • Sea freight (LCL/FCL): typically 4–8 weeks depending on route and sailing schedule plus export/import customs clearance.

Note:

• All times are approximate values for standard items in stock. Custom manufacturing, hazardous goods, temperature-controlled goods, or export controls may extend delivery times.

• The decisive factors are shipment release (receipt of payment or confirmed payment terms) and readiness of goods for shipment.
