01. How can I create a customer account?
Click “My Account” at the top of the page and follow the registration steps.
02. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Public institutions and research institutions can order on invoice.
03. How long does delivery take?
Standard deliveries within Germany: 2–4 business days.
EU-wide deliveries: 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
04. How do I obtain an RMA number for returns or complaints?
Please complete the relevant form under “Return” or “Complaint form”. You will then receive an RMA number by email.
05. Are all devices CE-certified?
Yes, all devices comply with the applicable European directives (e.g., CE, RoHS).
06. Where can I find my device’s serial number?
The serial number is usually located on the nameplate on the back or underside of the device.
