CDS Empore 6041/6341 standard 96-well plates use a polypropylene depth filter (5.5 mm diameter) and support a pH range of 1–14. Retention mechanisms include reversed-phase, π-π, and cation-exchange interactions. They are suitable for reversed-phase-retained, aromatic, and positively charged species, including drugs, pesticides, and their metabolites.
